We expect that the candidate has a general understanding of retail business processes realised within SAP Retail as well as experienced an end-to-end SAP CAR implementation life cycle.

Specifically, the candidate is equipped with the following skills:

• Must have worked for clients in the retail industry on complex SAP environments.
• Ability to explain the benefits of SAP CAR and all its leveraging applications, but in particular:
  • POS Data Transfer & Audit
  • Promotion Management
  • Unified Demand Forecast
  • Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing
  • Omnichannel Promotion Pricing
• Experience in data modelling, particularly in native HANA environments
• Trusted Advisor - the candidates must demonstrate capability and willingness to establish themselves as trusted advisors to their clients

Deine Aufgaben

The consultant will be working alongside other colleagues within implementation projects in the UK and Europe.

The day to day tasks will comprise of the following:

• Planning, preparing and conducting Design Workshops
• Liaise with other team members to maintain and apply coherent, optimised, integrated, and standardised processes
• Support the entire implementation effort during all project stages, ensuring that in areas of assigned responsibility milestones and related sign-offs are achieved on a timely basis and in accord with current project plan
• Develop functional specifications, review developments and enhancements required within SAP CAR and test those
• Product Management tasks - Assist with the development of retailsolutions-specific IP on the SAP CAR platform
• Must have excellent client facing skills and verbal/written English language skills
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and experience in collaborating cross-teams
